Shipping Policy
We currently ship only in Pakistan. The shipping charges are applicable.
Order Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number via email when your order is shipped. Once the shipment has been scanned by the shipping provider at the local hub, you can use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation to track its progress.
When will my order ship?
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. All in stock orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days following payment authorization and verification. This shipping period is longer than usual due to the restrictions in place during the COVID-19 pandemic. As we learn and continue to operate in the “new normal”, we anticipate this time becoming quicker.
Please note, no order may be shipped outside of the Pakistan.
Depending on the shipping service provider for your order, a package may be left without a signature at the discretion of the shipping service provider. Unfortunately, NORTH GADGETS can do nothing to prevent this from occurring.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply
