Return Policy

We have no return policy, however customer may exchange products.

Exchange Policy

Conditions Qualified for Exchange:  Articles are qualified for exchange only if they are;

  • Unused, any signs or marks on products which indicate the usage of product, may cause the refusal of exchange.
  • All Tags are intact.
  • Packing is in its original condition.
  • Original invoice is present.
  • A valid reason for requesting an exchange such as product is not as per specification mentioned on website, i.e size is different from the ordered size etc.
  • Product will not be exchanged on the reason of liking and disliking as all product pictures, size and specifications are clearly mentioned on website.
  • Due to different lighting conditions, photography, media screens the color may slightly varies, the product cannot be exchanged for this reason.
  • Products bought on Sales or discount cannot be exchanged.

Merchandise will only be considered for exchange if sent back and received within 7 days of dispatch date from North Gadgets.
